LSS Life Safety Services Names New VP of Operations

LOUISVILLE, KY, May 08, 2013

LSS Life Safety Services, an industry leader in fire damper inspections, fire door inspections and firestop survey and installation services, has welcome Kevin Turay as its new Vice President of Operations. Kevin brings with him many years of experience in Operations Management and is an integral part of LSS Life Safety Services' overall growth plan.

As the National Inspections Manager for SimplexGrinnell for 37 years, Mr. Turay performed numerous roles that will be extremely beneficial to LSS. "Kevin's hands on experience in the field allows him direct reference to the work LSS' inspection technicians perform every day", said Craig Rutledge, President of LSS. "This will ultimately allow him to be an exceptional Manager to our technicians because he has the technical knowledge they need in a mentor."

Mr. Turay was indirectly involved with LSS Life Safety Services for a number of years during his tenure with SimplexGrinnell, whom LSS has a strong working relationship with to this day.
