Terramor Homes has selected six distinctive, award winning home plans for the community, each offering three different elevations, creating charming streetscapes within the community. Two of the six plans are newly designed additions which were introduced to the housing collection to meet the demands of growing families. Ranging from 2,000 to just under 3,000 square feet, the home plans include four to five bedrooms, three to four baths, guest room, study, technology area, game room and two car garages.

Merchandised by Model Home Interiors, "The Cleo" model will demonstrate the livability and flexibility of the homeplan. The model also helps prospects visualize their family living in the home and overall help create unique memory points. In addition, various features were highlighted throughout the Model including hardwood flooring throughout the first floor, a screened porch and ecoHome certification. The open homeplan provides space and comfort for functional living of growing families. Upgraded trim throughout the house provides a contemporary feel. The white cabinets and backsplash tile in conjunction with granite countertops in the kitchen create a traditional look with modern flair that is trending in the homebuilding industry today. The kids' study off from the kitchen and the functional game room allow children to have their own space while the master bedroom has been upgraded with a tray ceiling and gorgeous master bath including tile surround in the shower and floor.

Located just off Highway 98 near the intersection of the U.S. 1 corridor, Austin Creek is conveniently situated next to major shopping stores, popular restaurants and is accessible to all points of the Triangle. The community offers amenities such as a completed pool and clubhouse, walking trails, pet park and natural areas. As Terramor Homes' fourteenth community in the Triangle area, Austin Creek has become a successful housing community since its ground breaking in November 2012, with three homes closed and several sold.

Single family homes at Austin Creek are available beginning in the $190s. For more information about the community and directions, visit http://terramorhomes.com/communities/austin-creek.
