The site, http://www.kaiserconsulting.com, designed by 2Shea Creative, provides details related to their services and staff. The site is also viewable in both English and Japanese.

Kaiser Consulting's owner, Lori Kaiser says: "We are a small firm, and we enjoy the benefits our size provides us. Our size gives us the ability to give every client special treatment. Our business model allows for low overhead and a lower fee structure. We have no need to charge high fees to support a large office or make up for staff downtime.
