Five-Week Indoor Golf League Set to Start Early May

Carrollwood's indoor golf facility, Golfer's Grail, is forming a new five-week golf league that will start May 13. Two-person teams will play a 9-hole round in a scramble format each week for five weeks. Prizes will be awarded to the first, second and third place teams.Teams can choose a Monday-Thursday tee time which best accommodates their schedules. Teams will be placed in leagues based on their total team handicap. If necessary, one player substitution will be allowed during the five weeks.
"League participants get to play a different golf course from around the world each week," said Owner of Golfer's Grail, Jeff Sproat. "Our leagues allow for golfers of all skill levels to play and socialize in a comfortable indoor environment. And nothing beats the spirit of friendly competition while improving your skills at the same time."
Golfer's Grail boasts a warm, high-end clubhouse feel. Craft beer and wine selections are available. Customers can choose from a diverse menu from local eateries that can be delivered to them. High-definition televisions are located throughout, so visitors can play a round of golf and not miss the big sporting events or favorite television programs.
