LSS Life Safety Services Names New Customer Service and Special Project Manager

LSS Life Safety Services hires Emily Lagler as it's new Customer Service and Special Project Manager

LOUISVILLE, KY, May 10, 2013 (Press-News.org) LSS Life Safety Services (LSS), a leader in passive fire protection inspection services, announced today that Mrs. Emily Lagler has joined the company as the new Customer Service and Special Project Manager. Emily will be responsible for helping maintain LSS 'commitment to creating solid partnerships with facilities throughout the United States and Canada by promoting exceptional customer service for the company.

Emily has immediately been tasked with mapping out current business work flows to aid the recruiting department in hiring efforts. As LSS Life Safety Services continues to grow, she will assist in other areas, such as scheduling and workflow, to help the Operations Department manage the increased workload. "Emily's role is instrumental in helping the Operations Department run seamlessly with the other areas of the company," said Craig Rutledge, President of LSS. "The Ops Department always faces challenges because it has so many moving parts and is changing on a daily basis. Emily's strong problem solving skills and excellent leadership skills will ultimately allow our Operations Department to be fluent in a constantly changing industry."

Emily has had nearly 15 years of customer service experience, along with three years of marketing experience. She previously worked as an Assistant Manager and Regional Marketing Representative in the restaurant industry, and was an Assistant Customer Service Manager in the grocery industry.

"I am coming to LSS Life Safety Services eager to learn and I am ready to work with the rest of the LSS team and help them take this company to the next level", Emily stated. "Customers are why we have a job ‐I strive to go above and beyond the customers' expectations. I believe in thoroughly training employees and giving them as much information as possible. In turn, this will provide them with the tools they need to provide first‐class customer service. "
