GLASGOW, SCOTLAND, May 11, 2013 (Press-News.org) 1Call Direct has created a new position, Internal Sales & Performance Director, reporting directly to the CEO, Paul Jones, and named Eadi Hunter, an industry executive based in Glasgow, to the post.
An announcement from the company said the move has coincided with the launch of a major online recruitment drive for call centre sales agents to work at the Glasgow branch.
Hunter started in the new position last month.
"Eadi Hunter is well respected in the industry," Jones said in the statement from the company. "We created the position to improve overall performance on all of our current campaigns and it is already proving to have a great effect."
1Call Direct specialise in selling products and services on behalf of their clients through telesales, the 250 employees based at their Glasgow City Centre office generate over a 150,000 sales a year.
The company operates as a private limited organisation and doesn't release information such as budgets and salaries of employees.
