2013 Brewer Spring Boat Show
The 2013 Brewer Spring Boat Show was a huge success. With more than 1,500 guests and 100 boats it was again the largest in-water boat show in New England.

The Brewer Spring Boat Show has come and gone, and early results prove it a huge success! The Brewer Spring Boat Show occurred in two Brewer locations simultaneously on April 27 & 28. Both the Brewer Pilots Point Show in Westbrook, CT and the Brewer Greenwich Bay Show in Warwick, RI received a turnout of over 1,500 guests and boasted over 100 boats in the shows. Office Manager Jackie Joslyn was "extremely happy about the turnout for both of the boat shows. Our radio, print and internet marketing strategies were very successful in bringing people out on this beautiful weekend. It was great to see [boat] owners greeting customers and sharing their passion for the boating lifestyle."Indeed, the Brewer Spring Boat Show takes a unique approach to the Boat Show concept in that not only are the participants in-water, but the vessel owners are on-site to answer questions in addition to the Brewer Yacht Sales brokers. Senior Broker Gene Colvin believes that it was this shared interest, for show-goers who were early in the process of considering a purchase that played an integral part in the Brewer Spring Boat Show's success. Fellow broker Hal Slater adds, "The show is a great package for buyers, offering a variety of sizes and models of both power and sail. The Brewer Yacht Yard staff is on deck to assist with providing folks with slip and storage options from New York to Maine at one of the 22 Brewer Marinas throughout New England. Brewer Yacht Sales General Manager David Pugsley states, "This year's Brewer Spring Boat Show resulted in the strongest activity yet. Favorable interest rates have helped buyers enter the market, and a lack of new boat inventory has created great interest in the used boat sector."
