Terramor Homes To Host "Sign A Stud" BBQ Benefitting Duke Miracle Home

RALEIGH, NC, May 17, 2013 (Press-News.org) Terramor Homes (http://www.terramorhomes.com/), a local premier home building company in the Triangle will host a "Sign A Stud" BBQ event to benefit the Mix 101.5 2014 Radiothon for Duke Children's Hospital & Health Center Friday, May 17 at 12 p.m. in Cary's Cameron Pond Community.

For a donation of $5 to $20, attendees will have the chance to leave a permanent mark on the Duke Miracle Home by signing one of the studs that will be used to construct the home. The charitable event will be held at the site of the Duke Miracle Home at 744 Magalloway Drive in Cary, and it will include a live radio remote by MIX 101.5, featuring the station's Lynda Loveland as emcee. A BBQ lunch will be provided by Layton's Catering, and attendees can enjoy a dunking booth, games, prizes and giveaways.

The studs will travel to Duke Children's Hospital & Health Center this week ahead of the BBQ event to be signed and decorated by children, allowing them to leave their personal touch on the Miracle Home. The decorated studs will be available for viewing Friday.

Proceeds from the sale of the 2014 Duke Miracle Home will be donated to Duke Children's Hospital & Health Center. The Miracle Home is the hospital's largest charitable effort and directly impacts Duke's ability to better serve and care for young patients. Terramor Homes will raise money needed to construct the Miracle Home through partnerships with trade partners, vendors, homeowners and families.
