LONDON, UK October 31, 2010 (Press-News.org) Chillisauce, the Event Management Company founded eight years ago has won yet another industry award.
Last night Chillisauce won two further award titles for their launch of Hyundai's new ix35; securing both 'Best Product Launch' and the prestigious 'Grand Prix' at the UK Event Awards ceremony.
Nominees were judged on their understanding of the client brief and objectives, innovative thinking and creativity, and strategic planning with tangible results proving effectiveness. Chillisauce delivered on all fronts and has been on an unstoppable winning streak, having received Event Magazine's 'Creative Event of the year award' in September.
William Bicknell, Commercial Director for Chillisauce puts these results down to three things - staff, size and attention to detail.
"We're up against some 'big boys' yet our size and culture is what ensures our success. We develop really strong bonds with them and understand their business and needs. We're also fanatical about details and delivering tangible results for our clients."
Indeed culture is something the three founders take very seriously.
"When we started up we compiled a list of everything that irritated us about going to work and ensured we did the opposite" Bicknell laughs. "Our staff perform because they're empowered and really enjoy the work they do, their happiness is the cornerstone of our success and results reflect this".
Chillisauce recently expanded their service offerings to include the likes of Experiential Marketing and New Product launches understanding that their company ethos, client-first proposition and the inherent creativity of their staff gives them a competitive advantage over pre-existing players in the market.
Chillisauce was awarded both the Best Product Launch and Grand Prix at last nights' UK Event Awards Ceremony attended by several key industry members held at the Ramada Manchester Piccadilly.
