MESA, AZ, May 20, 2013 (Press-News.org) Mold consultant Phillip Fry has formed the Mold Victim Rights Association (MVRA) to help mold-sickened employees, tenants, home buyers, insured property owners, and mold removal clients who have been victimized by uncaring and unresponsive employers, landlords, home sellers, home builders, property insurance companies, and mold companies.
Mold victims can suffer from over one hundred major mold sicknesses when they are employed by a mold-infested company, live in a moldy rental residence, buy a an existing or new house with hidden mold growth, occupy a lender-financed mold-infested house or building, have a mold insurance claim wrongfully denied, or are cheated by poorly-trained and poorly-supervised mold removal workers who take shortcuts in the mold removal process.
Discover the numerous medical problems caused by exposure to elevated levels of mold infestation by visiting and reading the home page of www.moldinspector.com.
The Mold Victim Rights Association (MVRA) provides these services to members:
1. Professional, nationwide home and workplace mold inspection, testing, and removal by Certified Environmental Hygienists, Certified Mold Inspectors, and Certified Mold. To find an expert hygienist or mold inspector, visit www.certifiedhygienists.com, www.certifiedmoldinspectors.com and www.moldexpertconsultants.com.

3. National Mold Offender Registry. If a mold offender does not properly take care of the building's mold problems, the MVRA will enter the mold offender and the moldy property into the MVRA National Mold Offender Registry on its website www.moldvictimrights.com.

The MVRA group legal plan attorneys can help mold victim members to benefit from offender-paid building mold removal and to receive financial compensation for the member's mold-related health expenses, lost wages due to illness, mold cleaning of the member's possessions, and storage and moving expenses.
