Ithaca Coffee Company Announces New Wines By The Glass Program

Ithaca Coffee Company's Tavern at Triphammer recently installed Napa Technology's cutting edge WineStation preservation and pouring system, which will allow customers to sample some of the world's finest wines by the glass.

CAMPBELL, CA, May 20, 2013 (Press-News.org) A selection of 16 unique and high end wines such as 2009 Hewitt Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley, and 2008 Etude Pinot Noir, Carneros will be available in taste, half, or full glass options. Ithaca Coffee Company has long been aware of the expanding sophistication among the food and beverage consumers of Ithaca, NY. Now they can provide guests with the opportunity to explore a broad selection of high quality wines from a variety of price points, all at the perfect temperature and at their peak of freshness and taste. Both budget savvy for the guest, and cost effective for Ithaca Coffee Company who will better be able to manage inventories while reducing waste.

According to Karl Kernan, Manager of Triphammer Wines and Spirits, "The Ithaca community is an intelligent, wine savvy crowd. The wines will also be available for purchase by the bottle at Triphammer Wines & Spirits, located next to Ithaca Coffee Company in the Triphammer Marketplace.

"A robust wine by the glass list can help restaurants increase revenue by allowing the consumer to taste a higher priced wine that might be cost prohibitive by the bottle," said Nick Moezidis, Napa Technology. Ithaca Coffee Company will be premiering its new WineStation's on Friday May 17th, 2013.
