Local Commercial Real Estate Firm Hires New Real Estate Advisor To Assist Clients With Investment And Sales Transactions

RALEIGH, NC, May 22, 2013 (Press-News.org) Billie Redmond, CEO of TradeMark Properties (http://www.trademarkproperties.com/), has announced that Gabriela Clontz has joined the firm as a real estate advisor. In her new position, Clontz will assist companies with the acquisition and negotiation of spaces for lease, expansions, renewals, subleasing, investment sales, and will develop individualized commercial real estate plans to benefit and effectively guide her clients.

Prior to joining the TradeMark Properties team, Clontz began her commercial real estate career at Cresa Commercial Real Estate Service Advisors, where she assisted business professionals in need of specialized tenant representation. She also served as a sales and leasing executive at Phoenix Commercial Properties, Inc. where she was responsible for creatively constructing business transactions with specialized one-on-one attention, and gained experience in site acquisition, tenant representation, landlord representation and portfolio management. Originally from Wilmington, N.C., Clontz now resides in Raleigh.
