Mr. Villadiego will oversee and manage the claims division at FFDS and play a key role in the implementation of several quality management initiatives with current and future strategic partners. In addition, he will lead the client relations team as FFDS continually grows. Villadiego will report to Courtney Wanderon, Vice President/COO.
