Climb Technology's web-based products improve multi-channel marketing to help companies connect with local customers, communicate using microsites and email, and convert larger sales both in person and online. Built from JBS' well-tested and successful custom designed software applications, Climb Technology's SaaS-based tools are now being offered in a configurable, out-of-the-box solution.
John Becker, president of JBS Software Solutions said, "By changing our product model from a custom-built application to a configurable, but pre-built technology, our software can reach more businesses and will help our customers by connecting online searchers with local experts at brick and mortar stores."
Climb Technology's suite of web-based software provides synergy to improve local search results, generate more qualified leads and increase both e-commerce and retail store sales.
Climb Technology will initially offer two products: Sales4Stores, which allows customers to quickly build a highly effective microsite for each of their locations or departments, and Communicate & Convert, which local employees use email to share expertise as well as product knowledge that turns contacts into sales and improves customer interactions.
