ANDOVER, MA, June 03, 2013 (Press-News.org) Circle + Bloom today announced the release of a newly expanded Program for Healthy Pregnancy. The program is specifically geared toward women who may have had trouble with conception and may feel particularly anxious during the first trimester. The program also focuses on relaxation and visualization to best prepare for the birthing process to improve feelings of confidence and control throughout delivery.
There is some evidence that high levels of stress during pregnancy may cause low birth-weight and premature labor, and could potentially affect the baby's temperament and neurobehavioral development. The studies are inconclusive and there is no confirmed direct link, but the general recommendation is to integrate relaxation techniques throughout one's pregnancy.
The programs tract to the pregnancy, offering a specialized weekly program for the first trimester. This allows newly pregnant moms reassurance through visualization and relaxation. There are specific visualizations geared toward the baby's growth and development, as well as reductions in various discomforting side effects one may experience such as morning sickness or exhaustion. The second and third trimester offers specialized monthly programs that track the baby's growth and development while offering specific exercises geared towards a successful delivery.
"One of our recurrent complaints we have received from our customers is that with our fertiity programs, they have a unique daily program that tracts to their specific cycle. Once they find out they are pregnant, they still want to listen to a Circle + Bloom program that follows along through their pregnancy, especially during the first trimester when anxiety for miscarriage, or something else going wrong, is high. We are so thrilled to be able to offer this seamless option now for our customers who are newly pregnant," said Joanne Verkuilen, Founder and Co-CEO of Circle+Bloom.
The company is offering a special 35% discount for the first 100 downloads of the newly expanded Program for Healthy Pregnancy. The discount code is PREGNANT35.
One of our beta-testers commented, "As everything is so very very new in week 5, I found at times to be anxious and a tad stressed. It was nice to hear that I can control my levels of stress which gave me a great feeling of control. I found it an enormous plus how you mention that your body knows exactly what to do to, which is hard to think that because everything is so new and your body has never gone through this before. However to hear these words was very reassuring."
