VANCOUVER, BC, CANADA, June 05, 2013 (Press-News.org) DTM Systems and Knowledgetech announced today that they have signed a non-binding letter of intent to merge, thus creating one of Western Canada's largest and most experienced independent management and IT consulting firms and strategically positioning the new company to further accelerate its expansion through organic growth and acquisition.
