Boca Raton Family Law Attorney Spearheads Gifted Program for Students at Calusa Elementary

Jason A. Brodie, a respected family law attorney at the Boca Raton law firm of Brodie & Friedman, P.A., recently took action to initiate a gifted program for students who attend Calusa Elementary in Boca Raton, Florida.

BOCA RATON, FL, June 14, 2013 (Press-News.org) Jason A. Brodie, a respected family law attorney at the Boca Raton law firm of Brodie & Friedman, P.A., recently took action to initiate a gifted program for students who attend Calusa Elementary in Boca Raton, Florida. Previously, students who attended Calusa Elementary and qualified for the gifted program were sent to a different school to participate in the program.

As of August 2013, children who attend Calusa Elementary school and are entering kindergarten will be able to participate in the gifted program at their home school. Students who have already started the gifted program at Banyan Creek Elementary -- who are in grades 1 through 5 -- will continue participating in that program. If parents have a child already enrolled in the gifted program at Banyan Creek, they can choose to send their gifted kindergartener to the Banyan Creek program as well.

The gifted program will allow Calusa Elementary to further its vision statement, to "envision a school and community environment that fosters the appreciation of learning as a life long endeavor."
