HOLLYWOOD, FL, June 20, 2013 (Press-News.org) Lenny Holtzman, Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Roots Organic Hair, has been selected as an Honored Member of the Covington Who's Who Executive and Professional Registry. The selection recognizes Lenny Holtzman's commitment to excellence in Business and Beauty.
Holtzman, who studied cosmetology at Dale Academy, opened his first salon in 1965 in downtown Boston, called Hair I Am. He opened his second salon, Tangles, on Cape Cod. In 2010, he opened Roots-Organic-Hair, a salon that features organic hair care and raises awareness to both the government and the public on the use of unsafe women's hair products.
Now in its tenth year, Holtzman works tirelessly at the salon taking care of his clients' every needs. In addition to the day to day operations, he dedicates his time to educating people on the dangers of non-organic products.
"I own the first one-hundred-percent organic hair salon in America today," Holtzman said proudly.
Inspired to make a difference in the industry, Holtzman is also an education activist who hopes to pass legislation to correct existing educational problems and clean up America's school systems.
