Richelle will share her knowledge and experience with listeners by explaining what home staging is and the significance of making a home look its best before going on the market. She will also discuss the extra value that home staging can add and the difference between interior design and staging.

Richelle D. Stannard has been in the Real Estate Industry for more than eight years. As a seasoned Professional, she understands the magnitude of a Buyers first impression impacting their commitment to a purchase. She is an Accredited Staging Professional and currently a member of the International Association of Home Staging Professionals, Pasadena/Foothill Real Estate Board, Beverly Hills Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors, and a member of the Real Estate Staging Association. While her specialty is Staging properties for Real Estate Sales, she also provides Re-Design for living, Set Design, Special Occasions Design and Personal Shopping. In her spare time she enjoys cooking or as she calls it, "culinary relaxation", museums, and spending time with her family. She is also quite the fashionista. Over the years, she has had the opportunity to cultivate her talents and creativity through artistic and inspired experiences and opportunities while residing in New York, Virginia, Georgia, San Diego and, for the last eight years, Los Angeles. Richelle is the Owner and Principal Re-Designer/Stager of "Staged to Sell by Richelle." She has a keen eye for symmetry, balance, scale, proportion and color.
