FARMINGTON HILLS, MI, June 26, 2013 (Press-News.org) MGM Grand Detroit, the city's premier entertainment destination, has been named "Best Casino" in metropolitan Detroit by HOUR Detroit in its "2013 Best of Detroit" issue. DJ Captn20, aka Nick Haddad, the property's resident DJ at V Nightclub's Volume Saturdays, was named "Best DJ (non-radio)."
