Texas singer-songwriter Laurie Lace releases "You Remain" from her new CD "Wild Mustang", produced by Curt Ryle. Radio Release date is set for March 27. "Here For The Beer" and "Me And Billy G", the first two releases off the new album, went into rotation globally this year with over 400 stations spinning.

Laurie Lace http://www.laurielace.com/ was born and raised around Dallas, Texas, and she started singing and writing at the age of 12. The signs were there right away. She received awards in high school for poetry, but she stopped singing after high school, getting her work legs going as a Deputy Sheriff. 4 years years ago she picked it up again, and the world is a better place because of it, as is obvious from her first 2 albums. The first, "Girl in A Bar", was produced by Curt Ryle out of Nashville, TN, and it was picked up by the Tate Music Group, who signed her to a label deal. "Girl in A Bar" got rotation in the U.S., Sweden, Finland, and Australia.

"I am expecting better things for the new CD 'Wild Mustang'. I went back to Curt for this album as an Indie, and he gave me the freedom to get closer to my roots, to explore the hearts of my songs. Curt didn't try to tie me down to any style. My style is just me, and Curt let me relax and go there. I've been called Renegade, Outlaw, Texas, Mainstream, and Red Dirt Country, but I don't worry about all that, I just sing from the heart and let the chips fall."

Laurie Lace has never been afraid of a taking a chance. She feels just at home riding her Harley or shooting guns as she does in the recording studio. Growing up in Dallas among musical influences, music and singing was never really an option for Laurie, it was a given. It's been in her blood since the beginning. Her passion for music has taken her from singing in local establishments in her community, to signing a national recording contract with Tate Music Group, and now she's going out on her own as an Indie.

Inspired by Sheryl Crow, Lucinda Williams, and Miranda Lambert, singer/songwriter Laurie Lace combines country and blues, bringing out a unique sound all her own. Lace's new CD, "Wild Mustang", relates to every woman who's ever loved, lost, and gotten even!
