SAN DIEGO, CA, November 06, 2010 (Press-News.org) Liz Laird (Lizalaird.com) is a certified Yoga Instructor and Yoga Therapist with over ten years of experience. Her passion is bringing clarity and perspective to her students. She also likes lizards. Liz will travel to Italy to host the 2011 Yoga and Wine retreat in Tuscany, which will be held May 12th-19th at Gabriella's Borgo in Tignano, a recently renovated medieval village.
The setting for the retreat is ideal. Gabriella's Borgo, also known as Gabriella's Soul Space, is a four-century old rural residence with quaint gardens and balconies overlooking the rolling hills of Tuscany. Tuscany is among Italy's most famous regions of Italy and is highly regarded for its historical significance and influence on the culture of Italy, as well as its scenic beauty. Gabriella herself will host the participants and treat them to her masterfully prepared vegetarian cuisine. The yoga room is large and spacious, with natural lighting and a tile floor, offering comfortable use by up to 40 students. The retreat is located a short distance from the artistically renowned town of Casole d'Elsa as well as several other picturesque medieval villages.
