SARASOTA, FL, November 10, 2010 (Press-News.org) Andrew Bers, Broker Associate, Prudential Palms Realty, invites homeowners to a free seminar on Tuesday, November 16, to help them separate myths from the realities of a short sale. Bers, a certified short sale and foreclosure specialist, will team with board-certified real estate attorney Steven Greenberg of Icard, Merrill, Cullis, Timm, Furen & Ginsburg. The seminar will be held at the Sarasota Board of Realtors auditorium, 3590 South Tuttle Avenue (between Siesta Drive and Bee Ridge Road), at 6:00 p.m.
