All Pro Science Adds Oakland Raiders' Fullback Manase Tonga to TEAM APS

IRVINE, CA, November 11, 2010 (Press-News.org) All Pro Science, Inc. (APS) has announced that it has added Manase Tonga of the NFL's Oakland Raiders and Brigham Young University to its elite team of athlete endorsers known as TEAM APS. TEAM APS includes top athletes such as NFL greats Warren Moon, Will Shields, Devin McCourty, Eben Britton, Naufahu Tahi, and Jason McCourty. MLB All Star Troy Tulowitzki and LA's top yoga instructor Alanna Zabel are also among TEAM APS's notable athletes, as well. Tonga attended Brigham Young University and served as a lead blocker for all-time school leading rusher Harvey Unga. Tonga scored 22 touchdowns both rushing and receiving. As a senior, Tonga gained 166 yards on 40 rush attempts, averaging 3.7 yards per carry. He recorded 271 yard receiving on 30 receptions and totaled eight touchdowns, four on the ground and four through the air. APS is excited to be affiliated with Tonga and hid diet, physique, and nutrition, as he relies on his size, grit, and determination each and every day.

Tonga, despite an astounding score of 30 on the Wonderlic test, an exceptional collegiate resume, and a 23-6 record as a starter, went undrafted in the 2009 NFL Draft. That Wonderlic score was the 2nd highest for draftable running backs for 2009. Tonga also recorded a 4.8 40 yard dash time in pre-draft tests, an amazing feat for a 245-pound man. The Oakland Raiders finally invited Tonga to training camp where he impressed the coaching staff with his skills and team play. Tonga's 32-yard touchdown reception against the Seattle Seahawks sealed the deal and Tonga was signed. Relief seems like a natural fit for Tonga's bruising and relentless style.
