MAIDSTONE, AUSTRALIA, February 24, 2014 (Press-News.org) Futuris Executive Manager of Human Resources Tricia Evans was recently named a VIP member of Worldwide Branding. This special distinction honors individuals who have shown exceptional commitment to achieving personal and professional success.

Over the past 20 years, Tricia Evans has gained human resources and change management experience across a variety of industries including transport, health care, mining and chemicals. Now in the automotive field, she is responsible for development and implementation of organization wide human resource strategies, principles and processes for the global operations and is a member of the executive team. In addition to developing her skill set through her experience, Ms. Evans keeps up-to-date in her field by reading, networking and attending seminars. She holds a master's degree in organizational development and change management from Victoria University.

In a recent interview with Worldwide Branding, Ms. Evans attributed her success to her listening skills and passion of working with people at all levels. "I enjoy continually learning, delivering results and working as part of a team," she says of her work ethic. In the years to come, Ms. Evans aims to continue to develop her global HR experience and exposure.
