Operating above par for two decades, Ms. Roos has found great professional success. Just one short year ago, she began in her position as vice president of global service account management. During the course of her daily duties, she has handled sales, marketing, new business development, service agreements, customer needs and general operations, including leading virtual account teams and Ms. Roos also handles numerous paper presentations in the USA, China and Chile at Power Conferences and Mining Workshops. A reliable and goal-oriented individual, her frame and partnership agreements knowledge and implementation experiences is highly recognized by various Process Industry, Mining, OEM and EPCM .

A personal ambassador for the CREO Antofagasta initiative in Antofagasta, Chile (http://www.creoantofagasta.cl), Ms. Roos also lectures at the University of Saint Gallen regarding partnerships and account management. She has published numerous papers in the field, and presented at the SME, mining associations, National Safety Australia and various magazines. A shining example of excellence in her field, Ms. Roos received an MBA in marketing and sales from INSEAD. She is also trained in value-based selling and solution-base selling.
