New York Fashion Week Tells You Most 'IN' styles

New York Fashion Week has come to an end. Now we'd like to have a summary of its main fashion elements and think what enlightenment we can get from it.

2014-03-01
HONG KONG, March 01, 2014 (Press-News.org) New York Fashion Week, a feast of fashion, has come to an end. After witnesses of the 8-day event, now we'd like to have a summary of its main fashion elements and think what enlightenment we can get from it.

Over-knee wrapped skirts
For people who get used to seeing beautiful supermodels revealing their sexy legs, they may be surprised to see few models revealing their thighs or even knees. Different from the consistent sexy style typical of previous fashion events, over-knee wrapped skirts were the highlight of this fashion week. Skirts have been very popular these years. But things are changing this year. They may give way to long dresses in the fashion world, with the latter finally having an opportunity to display their extraordinary charm.

Classic white
White, a dominant color in New York, is simple but classic. At this year's New York Fashion Week, Reed Krakoff's unique design displayed more charm of white color. Soft and graceful texture appears unconventional and elegant. Semi-transparent style is also a fashion element pursued by numerous people. Wearers in this fashion style look sexy with their nice skin and figure half-revealed indistinctly.

Double-layer printing
Printing is a fashion element that is no strange to the public. Clothing with printing elements at the New York Fashion Week was a focus of attention. Both Mar Jacobs and Oscar de la Renta applied bold embroidery to their fashion clothes. Coincidentally, they both adopted a two-layer design with the semi-transparent printing at the outer-layer overlaying the pure-colored inner layer. Dresses in this style appear luxury, exquisite and elegant.

Showy contrast colors
Suno's design can always bring us a feeling of freshness with bold creative ideas, unconventional design and beautiful fashion. He never let us down before. Nor did he this time. Thanks to his genius, colorful cloths in geometric shapes make ordinary clothes look extraordinary eye-catching. He's a great master in applying contrasting colors that has been in popularity over these years and will still be well pursued this year.

Use of social media makes spousal spying easier during divorce

2014-03-01
It used to be that arguments between spouses and occurrences of infidelity remained private matters, handled outside the public view. Indeed, in many cases, it was difficult, if not impossible, to find definitive evidence that anything untoward had happened. The increasing use of social media by people of all ages, however, has changed that. Today, it is essential for those who are considering filing for divorce to keep a close eye on their own social media use. Robin Ganzert Reflects on Dogs' Ability to Connect with Human Emotions

2014-03-01
There is a unique bond that exists between humans and animals and this is something that the American Humane Association (AHA), led by President and CEO Robin Ganzert, has sought to better understand. Just as animals need humans, humans need animals as well. Both play an integral role in the other's life and provide numerous benefits, both recognized and yet unknown. As many dog owners will attest, it often seems as though their dog knows what they are thinking or feeling. They know just when they are needed and how to respond. While this is generally supported by anecdotal ...
