LOS ANGELES, CA, March 02, 2014 (Press-News.org) Royal Dynamite, a collaborative and unique t-shirt company that combines popular culture and community, is now accepting social entrepreneurs between the ages of 18 to 24 into the RD Internship Program. The program currently consists of nine youth that collaborate in a thriving work atmosphere to educate others on social good while gaining hands on experience working for an online retailer.
The RD Internship Program offers a unique opportunity to explore the world of an ecommerce business in a three to six month, unpaid, college credit assignment with meaningful and productive projects that make a difference in the world via fashion and educational awareness. The interns support Royal Dynamite's marketing and social media efforts to help boost sales and brand awareness. The internship allows for an understanding of the industry from an analytical standpoint and will reveal information about the competition and strategies used to succeed in today's business reality.
Each interns are assigned specific tasks or projects and asked to incorporate their own unique and innovative ideas to generate sales and interest. They work closely with other interns in the program and key leaders of Royal Dynamite to implement strategies that will raise awareness for our graphic design contests, local to global campaigns and our mission to provide educational care packages to children in need across the globe. In addition, they conduct market research and product development tasks as the company expands into new markets and is set to launch a kids line later this year.
The youth can receive high school or college internship credit through the program. Majority of the Royal Dynamite interns in the past have been students from California State University, Long Beach or student members of the American Marketing Association.
