Itsabelly has Partnered with Green Child Magazine

Baby Safety Product Guide Released

PORTLAND, OR, March 02, 2014 (Press-News.org) Itsabelly, founded by Melissa Moog, has partnered with Green Child Magazine to curate a baby safety guide. The baby safety guide is comprised of baby products made by eco-savvy companies with the safest materials possible. The products chosen were based on certain categories as well as criteria. The categories include the use of non-toxic materials, safety, innovation, quality, functionality and style. Some of the brands and products in this eco friendly guide to baby safety include : Ergo Baby, DrGreene.com, Earth Mama Angel Baby and Orbit Baby.

Moog, who is also the co-author of Itsabelly's Guide to Going Green with Baby, founded Itsabelly in 2006. Melissa is also accredited with co-founding the International Baby Planners Association and became the first baby planning service to secure Co-Op's America Green Seal of Approval. Moog states "I have written this guide with the hope of helping parents choose the healthiest baby and pregnancy products possible bringing more awareness to a less toxic lifestyle . I also hope to see more juvenile product companies pay closer attention to what chemicals and materials are used in their manufacturing processes so that they're reducing the use of toxins in our environment."
