With 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, Trine Klungland is known for her reliability and hard work as a leader. As general manager for Tech4hire, a technical consultancy company, Ms. Klungland oversees all functions of the company, including administration, marketing, and finance. Dedicated to her profession, Ms. Klungland achieved her top management role after gaining much experience in the field as an engineer for major Norwegian Oil Service Companies

Looking back, Ms. Klungland attributes her success to her hard work and reliability, as well as her knowledge of the oil and gas industry. She became involved in her profession because she has been a career engineer. She worked as an engineer for Aker Solution and was recruited to the consultancy business. The highlight of her career was the winning of frame agreements with major clients within the oil & gas industry.

Ms. Klungland studied civil engineering through Bergen University College, and she earned a degree in business management from BI Norwegian Business School. For her excellence as general manager, Ms. Klungland was the recipient of the Gazelle Award and the SkatteFUNN award for innovation and development. She was most recently inducted into Worldwide Who's Who for showcasing her expertise in recruitment and management. In the years to come, Ms. Klungland aims to grow the company globally and bring more engineers to Norway.
