Mr. Layton's presentation, titled "Racing in Reverse: The Quantitative Relationship Between Overtime, Defects and Project Slippage," discusses the downsides of overtime as it relates to productivity, ways to accelerate projects, and using agile techniques to close the gap between defect introduction and defect identification. Mark C. Layton, known globally as Mr. Agile , is an organizational strategist and PMI certification instructor with over 20 years in the project/program management field.
