Joe is a Director of Labourers' International Union of North America (LiUNA) and Executive President of the Alliance of Portuguese Clubs and Associations of Ontario (ACAPO). For the past fifteen years, he has orchestrated the successful Portugal Week Festival which brings over half a million residents and visitors to Davenport each year.
