BRUSSELS, BELGIUM, March 11, 2014 (Press-News.org) Ulrike Reimann, Director of Communications, Marketing and Events for the European University Association, has been recognized by Worldwide Branding for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in public relations.
Ms. Reimann has 15 years of experience in the field, demonstrating an expertise in organizational skills and structure. In her current role of six years, she is responsible for the strategic communication of EUA and the implementation of all EUA communication activities.
Prior to joining the EUA in March 2008, Ms. Reimann had been working in communications in the university sector for more than 10 years. She was head of the public relations unit at the University of Applied Sciences Saarland for three years, before joining the Franco-German University in August 2000, also as head of the public relations department. Since December 2013, she has also been a senior lecturer at Rhine Waal University of Applied Sciences. In the future, Ms. Reimann plans to experience continued growth.
Looking back, Ms. Reimann attributes her success to her work experience and personality. She became involved in her profession because she always wanted a career that involved communications and public relations.
A graduate of Saarland University, Germany, in 1993, Ms. Reimann earned a master's degree in political science, German literature and German philology. She also studied at the University of Columbia-Missouri. In recognition of her accomplishments, she was recently inducted into Worldwide Branding. She also maintains affiliations with EUPRIO.
