She is also working with a skilled staff to develop the best practices to develop and execute regulatory strategies. In the future, Ms. Uriell would like to obtain a vice president position, focus on consulting work, and eventually retire.
Ms. Uriell attributes her success to her core strengths of strategic thinking and execution. She is motivated by leading teams who develop excellent products for patients, wanting to further herself as an individual and giving back to the community. She became involved in her profession by starting her career with a small-sized company in the quality assurance department and later joining the regulatory affairs team as the company executed a clinical study in preparation of filing a PMA.
A graduate of the University of Phoenix in 2006, Ms. Uriell earned an MBA. In recognition of all her achievements, she was recently inducted into Worldwide Branding. She also maintains affiliations with the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association, the Advanced Medical Technology Association, the Regulatory Affairs Professional Society and LifeScience Alley.
