BERKELEY, CA, March 12, 2014 (Press-News.org) All County Bay Area will soon open in Northern California, offering property management solutions for both owners and renters in Berkeley and surrounding areas. The company's mission is to ensure that every property owner has an honest and competent professional to manage their most valuable asset.
Perry Harmon owns the new location and has worked in nearly every area of real estate. The new franchisee has close to 20 years of property management experience, holds a real estate broker's license, and also worked in the loan industry. Harmon feels his experience truly sets him apart.
"Because I personally own and manage more than 20 properties, I know what people are looking for in a management company," said Harmon. "It's my goal to create a more personal, one-on-one experience with property owners and make sure they're well taken care of."
It seems there are a significant number of people in the area who may welcome Harmon's vision. According to the United States Census Bureau's 2008-2012 American Community Survey 5-year Estimates, more than 56% of properties in Berkeley are renter occupied.
The All County mantra is to take the stress and hassle out of the day to day management of rental properties and make them more profitable. The company specializes in working with owners of single family homes, condominiums, duplexes and apartments.
"Perry has been able to turn his decades in real estate into his own business," said Scott McPherson, co-founder of All County Property Management. "Being able to make that happen for so many franchisees is amazing for us."
All County Bay Area Property Management provides marketing, tenant screening, lease execution, maintenance and inspection services. Owners also have the ability to view statements and invoices online as well as the capability to make payments. Renters can see available properties online, submit applications and make maintenance requests 24-hours a day. The location is set to open its doors around mid-March. More information is available at http://www.allcountybayarea.com.
