Martin Group Awarded 2014 Pro-Tech Service Award

Martin Group, a provider of quality office equipment in southern Wisconsin and northern Illinois for over 30 years, has been awarded a 2014 Pro-Tech Service Award by Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc.

2014-03-13
LAKE GENEVA, WI, March 13, 2014 (Press-News.org) Martin Group, a provider of quality office equipment in southern Wisconsin and northern Illinois for over 30 years, has been awarded a 2014 Pro-Tech Service Award by Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc.

The Pro-Tech Service Award recognizes Konica Minolta dealers that are able to demonstrate the highest level of commitment to client support and satisfaction. This is the ninth time that Martin Group has been awarded the Pro-Tech Service award, an amazing accomplishment, and one that few Konica Minolta dealers obtain. General Manager Rebecca Turk had this to say about Konica Minolta's recognition of Martin Group's outstanding efforts. "We are honored to once again receive a Pro-Tech Service Award. But the real benefit of this award goes to our clients. It's a symbol of quality, and the assurance of the fast, effective, reliable service they can count on from Martin Group."

Attaining the Pro-Tech Service standard is a rigorous and demanding process, according to Ross Gruenwald, Martin Group Field Service Manager. "Every aspect of our operation was closely scrutinized and measured," Ross recounted. "Our inventory control system, technical expertise, dispatch systems and response time, management skill, and client satisfaction ratings were all evaluated to see if they met the exacting Pro-Tech standards. Our team is proud to once again be chosen to win this award, as it qualifies us as a Konica Minolta Pro-Tech dealer."

Martin Group President John Stensland reflected on what it meant to win another Pro-Tech Service Award. "Since the beginning, we've built our business around quality people, outstanding service, and an unwavering commitment to excellence." Stensland went on to add, "The Pro-Tech Service Award certifies to our client base that we have the skills, people, and systems to keep their Konica Minolta equipment operating at the highest level of productivity. Fewer than 5% of all Konica Minolta branches or direct operations earn this award. Additionally, it provides our clients another great reason to count on Konica Minolta award-winning lines of digital imaging products for all their printing needs."

Martin Group, based in Lake Geneva, WI, has provided quality office equipment and exceptional service in southern Wisconsin and northern Illinois for 31 years. Martin Group has grown from a small family-owned office supply and typewriter repair business into one of the area's largest Konica Minolta multifunction copier dealers, locally owned, locally operated, and constantly evolving to bring the best office equipment and services to their family of clients.
