Since then they have established themselves as leaders in the industry with their outstanding service and prompt delivery. Attempting to build onto an already wildly successful website they will be opening a new blog.

The purpose of this, says David Linder, Head of Sales at Delk Equipment, is "to find out what our customers are interested in and bring more of that to them." He thinks blog should help as it will encourage feedback by offering up a comments section for members to let the people at Delk Equipment know what they are doing right and, more importantly what they are doing wrong. "Look, we know it's not going to be all roses and we're happy with that, we invite any criticism that clients have," says Linder. "If there is something we can do better from a clients perspective we want to hear about it so we can act. without ouA r clients we don't really have much so it's important that we are able to feel the pulse of the customer so to speak."
