Mr. Douville has 30 years of professional experience, with five years as a program director of logistics and supply chain at BAE Systems. Over the years, he established himself as an expert in supply chain design, as well as supply chain management, logistics operations, third party logistics, global transportation and distribution, demand planning, materials management, inventory control, budget planning and execution, program management, lifecycle management, operational excellence, strategic planning, strategic sourcing, cross-functional teaming and negotiation. On a daily basis, he is responsible for leading and managing global logistics and supply chain activities in a cross-teaming environment.
Mr. Douville is a logistics and supply chain executive with extensive experience in strategic planning; supply chain design and implementation; and global relations. He is known by his peers as an engaged leader, adept at managing cross-functional teams on multiple projects concurrently in diverse environments. Looking back, Mr. Douville attributes his success to family, friends, teachers and mentors who believed in him and inspired him to do the right thing, follow his dreams and be committed to making a difference. He became involved in his profession through continual education and progressive roles as a logistics and supply chain manager with the US Army and later private industry.
Mr. Douville received a Master of Science in business administration and operations research with a concentration in supply chain management from The Pennsylvania State University, a Bachelor of Business Administration in labor relations from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee and a Master of Strategic Studies from the US Army Senior Service College. In addition to his degrees, he is certified in Global Strategic Studies through the US Army Senior Service College and the US Air Force Senior Service College. He was recently inducted into Worldwide Branding and also maintains affiliation with The Pennsylvania State University Alumni Association and the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Alumni Association.
