LITTLE ROCK, AK, March 22, 2014 (Press-News.org) Arkansas DWI attorneys John and Brandi Collins of Collins Defense Law will present a series of continuing legal education talks on Saturday, Mar. 22 at "Betting on Justice XIII." Presentations are scheduled from 9 a.m. to 3:20 p.m. at the Gold Strike Hotel & Casino in Tunica, MS.
During the presentations, the attorneys will speak to a group of lawyers and other legal professionals about DWI law and practices. Known by many as "Mr. DWI," John Collins is recognized as a regional authority on DWI/DUI defense law. His presentation will focus on all aspects of the DWI process from discovery to client intake to preparation and trial.
John and Brandi Collins are one of several attorneys and other professionals speaking at "Betting on Justice XIII," presented by the Arkansas Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. John Collins, known by many attorneys as "Mr. DWI", obtained his B.A.A.S. degree from the Texas A&M University - Texarkana and his Juris Doctorate from the William H. Bowen School of Law in Little Rock, AR. Mr. Collins spent several years as a police officer where he served as a field training officer, patrolman, investigator, and instructor of an alcohol education program. John was a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney in Arkansas. Mr. Collins has conducted several courses dealing with Arkansas DWI DUI offenses and has been a guest speaker for Arkansas law enforcement training sessions on topics related to DWI DUI.
