FAIRFAX, VA, April 01, 2014 (Press-News.org) Architecture and planning firm, Lessard Design, has selected Jon Lebkisher as Associate Principal of a new Multi-Family Low-Rise Studio. Lebkisher's experience in metropolitan areas will complement Lessard's mid and high-rise team and expand its capabilities. Lebkisher will focus on mid-rise, high density, urban-in-fill, transit-oriented, and mixed-use projects. He is currently developing two projects in New Jersey and two in Northern Virginia. He is also in the preliminary designs on a number of projects with various clients in the south and northeast.
Jon will elevate the group by establishing long-term relationships with clients, exceeding expectations, and mentoring his new team while creating places that will be meaningful to people's lives now and in the future. "Place-making involves fulfilling a story which should lift people's everyday life experiences," he says. Jon sees each project as an opportunity to improve the value of design.
