Advice & Management is a business consultancy that specializes in transition management and business coaching services. As managing partner, Mr. de Woot de Trixhe focuses on strategic thinking, Coaching business leaders and implementing transformations or turnaround for his clients.

Mr. de Woot de Trixhe has 25 years of experience in management, including 10 years as a managing partner for Advice & Management. Fluent in English, French, Dutch and German, his other areas of expertise include business development, management consulting and process improvement. On a daily basis, Mr. de Woot de Trixhe oversees business development and project management or support his clients in transformation or turnaround of their company. In addition to working for Advice & Management, Mr. de Woot de Trixhe serves as a supply chain consultant for Resources Global Professionals and as Client's Business Coach for Fitch Bennett Partners. Currently he works for Godiva Chocolatier as director international procurement.

In addition to hard work, Mr. de Woot de Trixhe attributes his success to his experience with multicultural environments. He became involved in his profession because of his interest in helping customers improve their businesses.

Mr. de Woot de Trixhe received a master's degree in foreign trade from Haute Ecole Francisco Ferrer and an Executive Master in Management from Solvay Business School. He was recently inducted into Worldwide Branding and also maintains affiliation with Pics Belgium. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, golfing and gardening. In the coming years, Mr. de Woot de Trixhe plans to expand his business.
