Ms. Bai has 24 years of professional experience, having recently become the CEO and Korean Country Manager of Coloplast Korea Ltd. Over the years, she has established herself as an expert in the field of general management. On a daily basis, she is responsible for overseeing the company's division in Korea, which includes managing sales, marketing, human resources, supply chain management and profit and loss.
Looking back, she attributes her success to her expertise in talent development and team leadership. She became involved in her profession because she believed that she could make a difference by helping to sell quality products to doctors and nurses and improve the quality of life for patients.
Ms. Bai received an MBA from SIU, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Maryland.
