Elena Putilina Strives to Lead Direct Sales Giant to Record-breaking Results

MOSCOW, RUSSIA, April 10, 2014 (Press-News.org) former Tupperware Brands Area VP from 2000 to January 2014 Elena Putilina has been recognized for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in business management.

Over the course of an illustrious career, Dr. Putilina has garnered a reputation of distinction and prominence for her exceptional demonstration of leadership, people development and social responsibility. She appreciates the environment available in international companies. She is interested in working with people of different cultures and especially enjoys working with young professionals, helping them to develop and grow.

Dr. Putilina specializes in the development of people's potential. Most recently, she was responsible for overseeing business operations, including marketing, strategic planning, and product selection. She was also in charge of developing and promoting the Tupperware brand. Tupperware Brands is a direct sales company that provides Tupperware food preparation and storage solutions, as well as beauty and personal care brands.

Dr. Putilina attributes her success to hard work, diligence, and her ability to attract and motivate exceptional people. She became involved in her profession because she wanted to help people develop their businesses. Dr. Putilina received a Master's Degree in International Management from Open University, a Ph.D. in Economics, and an MD from the Moscow Medical Academy. She was recently inducted into Worldwide Branding and also maintains affiliation with the Coaches Association, the CCL Alumnae Association, the Direct Selling Association, and IMD. She was named Russian Business Woman of the Year, as well as Manager of the Year. Dr. Putilina is also a recipient of the prestigious Presidential Award.

Dr. Putilina supports a number of worthy causes, which include a local rehabilitation program and a Charitable Organization for People Fighting Cancer. She enjoys practicing yoga and transcendental meditation in her spare time. Dr. Putilina also maintains a love of fitness, dancing, opera, modern art, figure skating, skiing, playing the piano, swimming and gymnastics. In the years to come, Dr. Putilina would like to develop a new business. She looks forward to bringing people into the direct sales industry, and to give them confidence and encourage them to grow.
