With more than 30 years of professional experience under his belt, Mr. Filosa shines as a luminary in his field. He specializes in personal interactions, and oversees daily business operations, including marketing, financial forecasting, mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, public relations, and vacation rentals and excursions.

Mr. Filosa attributes his success to his determination; he never gives up. He became involved in his profession because of his background in architecture and his love of working with people. Mr. Filosa received a Degree in Architecture from Humber College. He is a member of Stanford Who's Who, and the winner of a Certificate of Excellence as granted by La Vista Azul Resort. He is also forming a volunteer organization called Granite Diamond Award of Excellence.
