BALTIMORE, MD, April 10, 2014 (Press-News.org) TargetGov President and Women Impacting Public Policy (WIPP) Educational Foundation Vice-Chair Gloria Larkin is presenting at the 24th Annual Government Procurement Conference taking place April 16 in Washington, D.C. at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center. Attendees of the Conference are able to forge business partnerships with the Federal Government, prime contractors, and small business of all types and socioeconomic classifications.

Gloria Larkin is an eight-time award winner, national marketing and business development expert, and President of TargetGov.
