Ms. Bayley progressed from commercial management to a director role in an impressive five years. In her role, at Shanks she managed the development of integration of the legal team into business, and provided general counsel support and direction for various issues, including commercial, commercial property, corporate law, litigation, disputes, intellectual property and competition. In addition, she has extensive experience of managing selected portfolios, handling legal and compliance issues in environment and prospect areas, and overseeing complex legal and commercial contract negotiations.
Ms. Bayley possesses nearly 20 years of experience in her field and was recently inducted into Worldwide Branding. Looking ahead, she plans to continue building and expanding her knowledge to achieve further success both for herself and for the companies she is supporting.
