New homes priced from the very low $300,000s in Lake Elsinore are a hit with home shoppers; first two phases sold out quickly; next phase planned for late April. Both one- and two-story homes offered with options for the versatile GenSmart Suite.

2014-04-16
RIVERSIDE, CA, April 16, 2014 (Press-News.org) The grand opening of Pardee Homes' newest neighborhood, Meadow Glen at Canyon Hills in Lake Elsinore attracted hundreds of home shoppers who were treated to an array of activities, including tours of the new GenSmart Suite model homes, a cooking demonstration and complimentary lunch served from The Grilled Cheese Truck of Orange County. Steady traffic on grand opening day and throughout the weekend resulted in sale of all 8 homes in the first phase release followed two weeks later by 10 homes sold in the second release. The third phase release is anticipated to take place in late April.

"Home shoppers turned out in force to tour and buy new homes at the Meadow Glen grand opening," said Matt Sauls, regional marketing director for Pardee Homes. "We're thrilled with the interest in this neighborhood. There is a lot of excitement for floor plans that offer the flexibility of having a guest house within the home. The GenSmart Suite is offered in four plans at Meadow Glen, bringing a total of eight new floor plans to the Canyon Hills community."

Priced from the very low $300,000s, Meadow Glen includes both single- and two-story homes with a range of three to five bedrooms, three to four baths and approximately 2,021 to 3,154 square feet. Country French, Italian, Euro Classical and Spanish inspired architecture grace these spacious, single-family detached homes which include LivingSmart features and options that boost energy efficiency, save water, improve indoor air quality and encourage material conservation and the use of recycled or sustainable resources.

"Meadow Glen offers something unique with the addition of Pardee's exclusive GenSmart suite," said Sauls. "These homes are designed to accommodate a myriad of lifestyles with plenty of room for a parent or caregiver, or a college graduate returning home. The choices for the GenSmart Suite are all designed to serve the needs of changing and multi-generational households, providing a guest house within the home with its own private entry, living, sleeping and eating spaces. In addition, Meadow Glen offers additional outstanding optional features such as attic storage, over-sized kitchen islands, spa showers, roof inset solar, tankless water heaters, master bedroom decks and outdoor covered patios, all sure to be welcome and exciting choices for new home shoppers."

Standard features include gourmet kitchens with slab granite countertops, General Electric stainless steel finish appliances, a convenient storage pantry, recycling center and convenient preparation island. Master bedroom suites have large walk-in closets and separate walk-in showers in the master bath. Throughout the home you'll find upgraded interior finishes including custom radius wall corners, architecturally specified recessed lighting, and convenient rear yard access through French or sliding glass doors.

Ideally located west of Canyon Lake in the foothills of Lake Elsinore, Meadow Glen is located in The Meadows Village at Canyon Hills. The nearly 2,000-acre master-planned community includes schools, neighborhood parks and recreation centers including Creekside Park and Creekside Recreation Center, which has a junior Olympic-size pool, clubhouse, picnic areas, playground and half basketball court. A second private community recreation center with a beautiful swimming pool and spa is located nearby, as is Canyon Hills Community Park, an 18-acre sports park that has two playgrounds, a children's splash pad, two soccer fields, a baseball and youth league field, basketball court, dog park, picnic pavilions and more. Canyon Hills Marketplace, located at the entrance to Canyon Hills, offers convenient shopping, dining and additional services.
