COTSWOLDS, ENGLAND, November 18, 2010 (Press-News.org) People visiting Blenheim Palace this festive season will find the famous country house's state rooms decorated with a special theme.

The Oxfordshire estate was used as one of the main filming locations for Gulliver's Travels, the forthcoming new movie version of Jonathan Swift's classic 18th century novel.

To celebrate Blenheim's current status as one of the hottest properties in the movie business, the palace is set to feature a host of displays inspired by Gulliver's Travels this Christmas.

Up until December 12th, when the building closes until February 2011, people with Cotswold hotel reservations can see the land of Lilliput brought to life in the palace's Long Library.

Each of the state rooms will be decorated to reflect the theme and bring some festive magic to the visitor experience.

In the Saloon, the table will be set in preparation for a Lilluptian feast, as seen in the film.

Due for release on December 22nd, Gulliver's Travels stars Jack Black as the title character and includes a host of British comedy talent with roles for Billy Connelly, Catherine Tate and James Corden.

General admission tickets for Blenheim Palace, which is famous as the birthplace and ancestral home of Sir Winston Churchill, are priced at GBP18 for adults and GBP10 for children.
