BULAHDELAH, AUSTRALIA, April 17, 2014 (Press-News.org) Kathryn A. Westwood, Health Service Manager of Bulahdelah Community Hospital, has been recognized by Worldwide Branding for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in her profession.

Ms. Westwood has 38 years of experience in the industry, with five years in her current role. She has expertise in acute care nursing and emergency and intensive care services. Her duties are supervising staff, organizing educational opportunities, and overseeing operational and strategic roles. Ms. Westwood will be undertaking management qualifications in 2014.

She attributes her success to her passion for her clients, as well as the passion for politics that surround health. Ms. Westwood became involved in her profession because she was influenced by her mother, who is a registered nurse.

A graduate of the University of Western Sydney in 1991, Ms. Westwood received a Bachelor of Health Science in Nursing. She was recently inducted into Worldwide Branding.

Bulahdelah Community Hospital provides health care services for the local and surrounding communities.
