FRANKLIN, MA, November 18, 2010 (Press-News.org) The Woodshed Gallery has selected the work of thirty-four outstanding local artists and will present a group exhibition of their art from November 23, 2010 through January 8, 2011. A public reception for the artists will be held on Saturday, November 27, from 3:00 to 5:00 PM.
The exhibition features fine art paintings, photographs, drawings and prints, by both well-known local artists and newcomers to the Massachusetts art scene. Styles of art vary widely, and include examples of realistic, expressionist, impressionist, abstract and naïf genres.
A single original piece has been selected from each artist, and several artists will also offer prints for sale at the exhibition. The artists are: Evan Jacob; Robin Wessman; Stephanie N. This exhibition is part of a Woodshed Gallery program designed to help artists take control of their presentations and advance their careers.

On Saturday 16th October, 20 members of Silverbear staff crossed the finish line of the 10k Richmond River Run, raising over GBP2000 for the Grown Up Congenital Heart Patients Association.
The team ran in memory of a much loved colleague who lost his life due to congenital heart disease.
